I don’t know about you, but I get a snack attack daily around 3-4pm where I need to eat something. I want something salty and crunchy. So I’ve been on search for something to satisfy my tastebuds without expanding my waistline. Since I have multiple food sensitivities I need my snacks to be: gluten free, soy free, dairy free, all the fun stuff free. But if your tummy isn’t as boujee as mine feel free to substitute all your favs in there.
Insert party apples!!!
The best part of this recipe, if you don’t like something switch it out, you can substitute any fruit you would like.
Ingredients:
1 apple (I prefer Granny Smith, because it is a little sour)
Your favorite almond or nut butter. Jem Salted Carmel is my fav
Enjoy life mini chocolate chips (soy, dairy, gluten free)
Simply Elizabeth granola (pick your favorite flavor)
Instructions:
Slice apple into thin slices, avoid the core
Place all apple slices flat onto a plate or platter
drizzle almond butter of choice all over slices
sprinkle chocolate chips and granola per taste
eat like nachos.

5 mins from start to eating, nothing is better than that! I love this because it feeds all my cravings, sour, sweet, crunchy and delicious. My fav almond butter is Jem Salted Carmel Almond Butter I’m not kidding guys this is like crack for me. I can eat it by the spoonful! they are the best! I tried it at our local farm and have been buying them out ever since.
